Not quite a fun as him tossing off a plumber I'm sure you'll agree, but at least you get to see him getting a bit physical and Grrr-ish (yes that is a word... I just made up.)

Strongmen. At their physical peak, collosal pillars of stregnth and muscle. But what happens when you hand the weight belts and truck tires back and settle down? Not suprisingly, the body can, well, suffer... (or in my eyes.. improve.)

There I was watching daytime TV (must've been a day off or something!) when who pops up but Geoff Capes, 80s strongman, on Ready Steady Cook. But gone was the stocky grizzly bear, replaced by a massive chub daddy.
